Out They Come...

You know I live a simple life when all I have to write about is our children losing their teeth. Tonight, Lauren lost tooth number two. Five minutes later, Austin lost his second.

On a related note, the Tooth Fairy is rumored to have been seen at a local bank securing financing for this event. The Tooth Fairy I’m sure would be happy to keep any donations.

Lauren lost her first tooth on Saturday, February 2nd. After receiving a $5 bounty from the Tooth Fairy, she had a brief lead in the inaugural Tooth Fairy Cup.

On Tuesday, February 5th, Austin coached his first tooth into dismissal. He would not be denied!! The determination on his face was apparent, early. So, we now stand tied at $5 a piece.

It looks as if we are in for a tight race, if the Tooth Fairy doesn’t go broke, first.

An O.K. Day

Today was a very mixed bag. Nothing too high or low.

I feel like something out of a Toxic Avenger sequel. Thank goodness for Alka-Seltzer Plus. Hope to try work, tomorrow. Good Luck, Me...

It is Catholic Schools Week, this week. The kids get to do a bunch of otherwise distracting things, in honor of. They wore Blue Jeans today (the things we take for granted), had NO homework, and got to bring a board game. Tomorrow, they will take some dog food to donate to the Humane Society, and a book to donate to the school library.

The kids had a great day at school, today. One that I hope they use as a benchmark for the remainder of the school year.

Cleo got some much needed rest, today. Now, I’m off to get mine.

BREAKING NEWS: I you have an American Express Card, The first round of pre-sale is Monday, January 21! You can Access the AMEX pre-sale via Ticketmaster.
If you miss that sale, you may go the “fan club” route. First off, there is NO OFFICIAL RUSH FAN CLUB. :) Rush thankfully does not charge outrageous fees to their fans for the privilege of access to their pre-sale. However, you do need to sign up for the pre-sale through Music Today. That's step one. You simply go to the Music Today Rush pre-sale site and enter in your email address. Then you'll be on their email list and have access to their systems. The first round of pre-sales will occur next week from Tuesday, January 22nd.
